Key Responsibilities:
- Excellent Knowledge of Sales/ Service/ Marketing cloud and other areas in Salesforce like CPQ/ Pardot/ Commerce Cloud/ Einstein. Should be a self-starter for learning and implementing new things.
- Excellent technical Hands on in Apex/ VF/ Lightning/ LWC/ Integrations/ REST and SOAP API's. Proven experience in helping customers meet their business requirements by building/ providing solutions.
- Lead a team of consultants on implementation projects.
- Proven experience of building POC's, demos and participating in requirement gathering sessions OR initial meetings with prospective customers.
Skill Required:
- Required - 10+ years of experience in Software Development with 6 Years in SFDC
- 2-3 Years experience in SFDC architecture
- Salesforce PD1/ PD2 certification preferred.
- Architecture experience of at least 2 from scratch implementations.
- Responsible for seamless execution of the development plan; by providing optimal and innovative solutions, developing high-quality code, and guiding a team of Dev’s or Sr. Dev’s. is expected to possess expert-level knowledge of CRM platforms, business functions, and essentials of systems’ integration.
- Evaluate whether stated requirements (or a part) can be achieved via configuration before opting for coding.
- Understanding business/functional needs of the project and correlating it on individual task levels.
- Framing workarounds for any identified blockers, challenges, or risks.
- Understanding of different App exchange products and ability to figure out a fitment with customer needs.
- Up to date with all deployment methodologies as well as DevOps.
- Check whether the implementation is possible or not, respecting the Salesforce. environment’s limitations or governor limits.
- Drive and build a culture of learning throughout the team and improve core Salesforce expertise and come up of IP's and reusable components.
